Departure Chapter

On the morning of January 17th, as golden sunlight bathed the earth, all the employees of Suzhou Million-Ton set foot on their journey to the Moganshan International Resort. Moganshan, known as the "First Mountain of the Jiangnan Region," with its 92% vegetation coverage, dense bamboo forests, towering pine and cypress trees, lush camphor, and ginkgo trees, became the ideal destination for our team building event.

Outdoor Expansion Chapter

Upon arriving at the Moganshan scenic area, we began our outdoor expansion activities on an open lawn at the foot of the mountain. Under the careful organization of the coach, we participated in the "Around the World Ball" game. Each team member actively participated, accurately throwing the ball into holes representing various countries according to the coach's instructions. Working together with tacit understanding, we successfully completed the challenge. Next, we embarked on the "Joint Tower Building" challenge. All team members tightly gripped the ends of ropes and used hooks to build scattered blocks into a vertical strip tower. In a tense yet fun atmosphere, we demonstrated the power of teamwork once again and successfully completed the task.

Barbecue Evening Chapter

After the outdoor expansion activities, we were greeted by the anticipated self-service barbecue dinner. Several colleagues voluntarily took on the role of grill masters, skillfully flipping and cooking food that emitted an enticing aroma. Everyone sat together, enjoying delicious food and chatting about interesting stories from work and life, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Subsequently, the bonfire night brought the atmosphere to a climax. We cheered and jumped, releasing our enthusiasm and vitality under the glow of the bonfire. Despite the chill of the evening mountain breeze, our hearts were warmed by the bonfire and each other's smiles.

Scenic Area Tour Chapter

On the morning of January 18th, all our employees embarked on a tour of the Moganshan scenic area. We climbed up winding mountain trails, admiring the beautiful scenery along the way. Finally, we successfully reached the top of the mountain and enjoyed the magnificent scenery. Standing high above, overlooking the continuous mountain ranges and mist-covered landscapes, we couldn't help but marvel at the amazing workmanship of nature. At the top, we took the most beautiful group photo, capturing the wonderful memories of this team building event.

Conclusion Chapter

This 2024 year-end team building event concluded successfully in laughter and joy. Throughout the process, we not only experienced the fun of outdoor expansion activities, tasted delicious food, and enjoyed the enthusiasm and happiness of the bonfire night, but more importantly, the tacit understanding and friendship among all Suzhou Million-Ton employees were further deepened. We united, helped each other, and accomplished one goal after another with tacit understanding. We believe that in future work, we will continue to carry forward this spirit of unity and cooperation, moving forward together and creating brilliance!
